This is my all-time favourite blend to use in my diffuser at home. I have also diluted it with almond oil to make a roll-on to use in times of stress or anxiety. All of these oils have qualities that facilitate relaxation and calmness. Use this oil in your office at work, while studying or before bed. Use the roll-on on your wrists, your neck and your temples or simply roll it in the middle of your palms and rub together then cup your nose and mouth and breathe in deeply. *sigh* its amazing isn't it?
Method for Diffuser
1 ml Sweet Orange essential oil
35 drops Tangerine essential oil
25 drops Ylang Ylang essential oil
20 drops Grapefruit essential oil
15 drops Patchouli essential oil
10 drops Lemon essential oil
5 drops Eucalyptus essential oil
4 drops Moroccan Chamomile essential oil
*Mix in a 10ml clean empty oil bottle.
Method for Roll-on
If you've made the blend above, mix 30-35 drops into a roll on and fill the rest of the bottle with almond (or any carrier oil).
If you are just putting the oils freely into the bottle then follow below:
10 drops Sweet Orange essential oil
7 drops Tangerine essential oil
6 drops Ylang Ylang essential oil
5 drops Grapefruit essential oil
4 drops Patchouli essential oil
2 drops Lemon essential oil
1 drop Eucalyptus essential oil
1 drop Moroccan Chamomile essential oil
