ORANGE DILL VINAIGRETTE {vegan}

August 8, 2016

Need a fresh vinegrette to spice up your end-of-the-summer salad? Then give this orange dill dressing a try! What I love most about this recipe is the fact that the orange juice doesn't overpower the flavour of the salad - which I find sometimes balsamic vinegar can do. My favourite salads to use this dressing on is a warm chicken and orange salad with baked beets and fresh goat cheese. Let me know what you think!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 fresh orange, juiced

  • 1 Tbsp agave (or honey or maple syrup)

  • 1/2 tsp spicy mustard

  • 1/4 tsp himalayan sea salt

  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper

  • 1/3 C olive oil

  • 1 - 2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients into a small jar, cover with a lid and shake to combine.

  2. Can be stored in the fridge for future use (double it too!)
