LEG BAND CIRCUIT

​If it isn't obvious yet...I love leg day. So here is another short video using leg bands which target the small muscle fibers, leaving you stronger and more toned. You can do this circuit as a warm up or do 3-4 sets and call it a butt burning day. Remember to sink down as far as you can while keeping your chest up. Keep each movement small but focus on ensuring your knees are the same distance apart each step - as well keep your knees pressed outwards so they don't sink in. Do at least 20 steps in each direction, or 10 movements for each leg.
