Its loaded with protein and I have left out any possible source of fat, dairy or grains (gluten). Whats more, this recipe will leave you full and satisfied! Have I tickled your fancy? I hope so! 2 egg whites
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
*option to add a scoop of protein powder (add an extra banana if you do)
1 Tbsp olive oil, coconut oil (or spray)
Mash banana in a bowl.
Add egg whites, baking powder and cinnamon, mix until combined.
Add oil/spray to skillet over medium heat. Add banana mixture 1/4 C at a time and cook until you see bubbles bursting on the top of the pancake. Flip.
Cook 1-2 minutes longer.
Serve hot with maple syrup!
