Everyone needs a little brownie in their life, right? My favourite brownie goes something like: 2 eggs, 1/2C Nutella and 10 Tbsp white flour (thanks to my fav Latina, Cris xoxo). Sounds delicious right? They are. But they are also packed with unhealthy fats and sugar. It has been my mission lately to create a brownie with as little sugar and fat as possible...even keeping it vegan and flourless. It has been a task. My friend Ashley has been my guinea pig, and she so far likes each one I have made so far ha ha. I am trying to mask the banana taste though...or else everything I've been making lately will taste like banana's. So stick with me while I go through trial and error. This is Brownie Recipe No.1
Preheat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients together (when I'm lazy I like to blend in a blender)
Spray a small cake pan with olive oil and pour in batter. Cover with chocolate chips.
Bake 20-25 min.
