AVOCADO HUMMUS {vegan}

This is the third post Iv'e done on hummus, so clearly it is something I love to make. This week, its basic garbanzo bean hummus but instead of adding olive oil, I chucked in a couple super ripe avocado's. It turned out AMAZING and it might be my go to from now on. Hope you like it!
 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 C garbanzo beans (1 jar, drained)

  • 2 super ripe avocados

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 lemon, juiced


METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender/processor and blend until smooth,

  2. Save in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
