TAHINI DRESSING {raw & vegan}

Here is another picture of me putting together random ingredients in a bowl and topping it with this amazing dressing and then giving the whole recipe a fancy-upper-case-lettered-name. It most famously goes together with this amazing dish my bestie prepared for me , but my husband and I can find many other dishes it goes great with, Pretty please tell me you will make this. Keep it in your fridge and turn that boring salad into something deliciously amazing! 
 

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 - 1 C olive oil

  • 1/3 C water

  • 1/3 C apple cider vinegar (rice wine or red wine work well too)

  • 1/2 C nutritional yeast (if you cant find this stuff, Romano or Parmesan cheese works too)

  • 2 Tbsp tahini

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce, tamari or nama shoyu (omit if making this recipe raw)

  • 1 tsp Himalayan sea salt


METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients except olive oil into a blender/processor and mix until smooth.

  2. Slowly add olive oil until well combined. 

  3. Store in an airtight container in your fridge for up to 2 weeks (if it lasts that long)
